Key contributor to the operation of the inspection and test departments. Participate in the QMS audit plan as the lead auditor. Develop and implement progressive product and process audits to ensure product meets or exceeds customer expectations. Perform statistical reviews of processes and products and provide recommendations to Quality Assurance Manager. Establish a warranty system and lead efforts to analyze and address issues through preventative actions. Perform supplier audits in accordance with the supplier control system. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business or technical field or combination of education toward a degree plus 6 - 10 years in the Quality field within a manufacturing facility. Minimum of 3 years in Quality within a manufacturing facility (preferably aerospace) if the candidate has a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 6 years in Quality within a manufacturing facility (preferably aerospace) if the candidate has hours toward a Bachelor's degree.
